Team
Team is an independent strategy and design studio in Brooklyn, New York, co-founded by executive creative directors Amy Globus and John Clark. It works with businesses and cultural organisations, combining research, purpose and positioning, naming, messaging and brand architecture with visual identities, digital experiences, content and brand launches. The studio develops ideas collaboratively with clients, using interviews, workshops and testing to connect an organisation’s purpose with its public expression. Clark brings a focus on clear, adaptable identity systems and environments, while Globus draws on her visual-art practice to explore emotion, connection and meaning. Team’s portfolio ranges from identities for Pfizer, General Atlantic and The Bronx Museum to campaigns, objects and digital experiences for Thom Browne and Children’s Hospital Association.
