Backbone Branding

Backbone Branding is a branding and packaging design studio founded in Yerevan, Armenia, in 2009 by Stepan Azaryan. Its work combines brand identity, structural packaging, illustration and visual storytelling across food, beverages and consumer products. Projects range from commercial brand launches and redesigns to experimental packaging concepts. The studio’s portfolio includes ONCE, Cafeopia, Riceman and unHide, a professional concept recognised with a Platinum Pentaward in 2024.
