Restaurant Plaa is a contemporary, Michelin-recommended restaurant in Central, Hong Kong, centered on seafood and elevated Thai flavors. The project involved identity design for a food and beverage venue under ZS Hospitality Group. The case presents Plaa as modern Thai cuisine, positioning the restaurant within Hong Kong’s dining scene with a refined and contemporary presence.
