Snøhetta designed the interior and visual identity for Whey, a 336 sqm restaurant in Hong Kong by ZS Hospitality Group. The space blends Scandinavian folk art and Peranakan influences, creating a serene contrast to the city’s concrete surroundings. Warm materials, tropical hues, and local craftsmanship reflect the restaurant’s fusion of European and Singaporean culinary traditions.
