Workplace Design and Employer Branding
An office can express an employer brand before a word is read
SKINN outlines its approach to workplace design as a physical expression of employer brand, linking spatial decisions to an organisation’s purpose, ways of working and employee relationships. For TVH, a parts specialist for off-road machinery, SKINN proposed a ground-floor central hub, smaller hubs on each floor, and a restaurant that also functions as a flexible meeting venue. For The Yard, a business centre and event space, SKINN translated a wellbeing and sustainability promise into a reception beside a central garden and winding circulation paths rather than straight corridors.
