Gretel developed a full-stack brand identity for POPL, a Copenhagen burger restaurant created by the team behind noma. The design playfully mirrors the structure of a burger, stacking type, imagery, and graphic ingredients across packaging, signage, and interiors to convey warmth, craft, and community.
