Gretel developed a refreshed identity for Hija de Sanchez, a growing group of taquerias in Copenhagen founded by Noma alum Rosio Sanchez. The new design balances expressive and structured elements, combining Danish modernism with the warmth of traditional Mexican street food. Hand-cut lino illustrations and flexible typography bring craft and authenticity to the brand’s evolving presence.
