Vista created the editorial design for MAGAZIN, the science and research publication of Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. The magazine translates complex academic topics into accessible, vivid stories for internal and external audiences, including public institutions and decision-makers. Since 2010, vista has provided concept and consulting, art direction, editorial design, illustration, and infographics. In 2019, the magazine was comprehensively relaunched and aligned with HHU Düsseldorf’s corporate design. A flexible grid system supports both expansive and compact layouts, while custom visual languages for individual articles use historical imagery, documentary photography, press photos, illustrations, and infographics to make research findings engaging and highly recognisable.
