Packaging Design for Ginger Table Nite Caps
Is a drink still a drink when you eat it?
A distinctive packaging design created for Ginger Table’s Nite Caps, a line of evening-inspired beverages. The project captures the brand’s relaxed, intimate mood through tactile materials and a sophisticated color palette that evokes nighttime calm.
Insights- Main idea: the design has to sell “eating drinks” clearly—positioning Ginger Table’s Nite Caps as an evening ritual that blurs beverage vs. edible.
- The packaging leans into a relaxed, intimate nighttime mood using tactile materials—suggesting a handled, sensorial experience that matches the product’s unusual format.
- A sophisticated, minimalist approach (elegant, organic restraint rather than loud cues) helps the concept feel premium and calm instead of gimmicky.
- Color choices are explicitly night-inspired: a subdued palette that evokes nighttime serenity, reinforcing “Nite Caps” as wind-down beverages rather than daytime refreshers.
