Advertising Campaign for PIK Residential Homes
PIK’s Christmas tree refuses to leave and stars in a sequel.
The Clients created a sequel mini-series for PIK, a residential developer, to explain the qualities of its homes without competing on discounts in a crowded apartment market. The creative idea keeps a dried-out Christmas tree living with a family and attempting household chores, while each deadpan comic episode demonstrates features such as high-ceilinged lobbies and step-free entrances. The series was filmed in a real PIK home on Varshavskoye Highway and released as TV episodes, prerolls, and New Year discount versions.
