The Clients developed the idea and script for a 30-second advertisement for PIK’s PlayHub playgrounds, featuring the characters from Masha and the Bear. Animaccord produced the animation. The spot makes the real PlayHub “Pyramids” playground in the Buninskiye Luga development its central character: Masha interacts with its tower, slide, water-cascade stones, and the character Rozochka the pig, while the surrounding homes are shown as real footage. It ends with the Bear refusing to leave the playground, under the slogan “PIK. Living Like in a Fairy Tale!”
The Clients created "Yolka. The Sequel," a mini-series advertising campaign for Russian residential developer PIK. Responding to a brief to make a follow-up more compelling than the remembered original Christmas-tree film while explaining the benefits of PIK homes, the campaign follows a dried-out Christmas tree that stays with a family and unsuccessfully attempts household chores. Shot in a real PIK apartment, the deadpan episodes use the tree's comic mishaps to show features including high-ceilinged lobbies and step-free entrances, under the line "Homes you don't want to part with."
The Clients created a tactical advertising film series for PIK’s “Zakvartiria” campaign, promoting a 0% mortgage for 12 months while keeping the residential environment central rather than presenting the offer as a price list. The films follow a poodle, cat, or pigeon as an off-screen narrator over drone and handheld footage of PIK neighbourhoods, parks, a school, playgrounds, workout areas, and lawn yoga; each animal is revealed only at the end.
The Clients created a sequel mini-series for PIK, a residential developer, to explain the qualities of its homes without competing on discounts in a crowded apartment market. The creative idea keeps a dried-out Christmas tree living with a family and attempting household chores, while each deadpan comic episode demonstrates features such as high-ceilinged lobbies and step-free entrances. The series was filmed in a real PIK home on Varshavskoye Highway and released as TV episodes, prerolls, and New Year discount versions.
The Clients created a tactical advertising film series for PIK’s 0% mortgage offer for 12 months, extending the existing “Zakvartiriya” campaign. The brief was to communicate the rate without turning the brand into a price list, so the films spend most of their runtime on wide views of PIK neighbourhoods before revealing a poodle, cat, or pigeon as the uncertain narrator.
The Clients created an image campaign for developer PIK, introducing the neologism 'Zakvartiriya' to highlight the comfort and liveliness of life beyond the apartment walls. The campaign’s films and outdoor ads depict welcoming courtyards, cafés, and schools, showing that the world outside your home can be just as inviting as the inside.
