Brand management system for a global logistics company

Strichpunkt developed a next-level brand management system for DHL that unifies thousands of touchpoints across a vast global organisation. The work centers on a clearly defined brand personality, the “Focus on you” visual style, and a modular toolkit designed for easy combination without complex rules. To support accessibility and consistency, the system uses the distinctive Delivery font, high-contrast interfaces, and rounded shapes. Strichpunkt also helped create tools such as the DHL Layout Creator and a new Brand Hub, enabling employees and occasional users to generate brand-compliant materials efficiently at scale. The result is a more tangible, accessible, and flexible brand presence that turns staff worldwide into brand ambassadors.
