Exhibition and Visual Identity for Framed — American Urban Photography 1907–2012

Snøhetta designed the exhibition and visual identity for FRAMED, a comprehensive showcase of 20th-century American urban photography. The concept centers on the idea of the 'frame' as both a physical and symbolic boundary, shaping the visitor experience through spatial design, typography, and light installations. The project bridges historical photography with contemporary exhibition design, creating an immersive reflection on city life and perception.
