Miss Lee is a 100% vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dining concept created by the executive chef and team behind the Lee’s restaurant brands. Developed for ZS Hospitality Group, the project positioned Miss Lee as an all-day bistro and cafe offering Hong Kong diners a plant-based alternative in Central Hong Kong. The case focused on branding and identity for a food and beverage concept centered on accessible, contemporary vegetarian dining.
