Menta created the branding assets and packaging for Once, a certified sustainable palo santo brand based in Guadalajara, Mexico. Inspired by numerology and the symbolism of 11:11, the project aimed to express ritual, intention, synchronicity, and spiritual presence. Menta developed two versions of the brand identity: a typographic system and an alternative numeric expression. A red symbol referencing palo santo also evokes the soul through an elegant, sensuous form. The packaging was designed as an anticipated experience and a muted keepsake suitable for display at home. Botanical illustrations of the palo santo tree and its life phases reinforce the product’s certified sustainable origin while supporting the brand’s calm, elevated character.
