Gretel developed a minimal and modular identity system for Noma Projects, an initiative by the world-renowned restaurant Noma to share its culinary experimentation with a wider audience. The design draws inspiration from the restaurant’s fermentation lab, translating its hyper-functional labeling into a flexible framework that extends across digital, social, and packaging applications.
