Gretel developed a brand identity for Inua, René Redzepi’s first restaurant in Japan led by former Noma chef Thomas Frebel. The concept draws from Inuit mythology and merges Nordic and Japanese philosophies, balancing the primitive with the refined. The visual system evokes natural energy and connection through elegant, organic line work.
