Brand Identity for Maia, a Lisbon Estate Agent

Frost*collective created a brand strategy and identity for Maia, previously Maia International Properties, a boutique Lisbon estate agent. The work established the people-first proposition “Maia makes property about people” and evolved “It’s right here” into “Right here” / “É aqui.” Frost*collective removed the “International Properties” suffix, created a strong wordmark, and used sun-baked terracottas and sandy neutrals drawn from the Portuguese landscape.
