We've been going for 12 years, and our brand had started to feel a bit juvenile and playful to be perhaps as serious as the services that we offer, so it was time to grow up.
Design recruitment agency Craft has unveiled a new brand identity centered on the concept of 'cultivation', symbolized through a floral visual system. The rebrand, led by a global creative team including Sundry, Good City, and photographer Paula Codoner, reflects Craft’s mission to nurture creative talent and leadership. The refreshed identity replaces a decade-old Elmwood design with a more mature, textured, and globally resonant look.
The Northern Design Festival 2025, returning to Lancaster in May, focuses on transparency and accessibility in the creative industry. Led by directors Niamh Cartwright and Antonia Arbova, the event aims to challenge gatekeeping and decentralise design from London. With an advisory board of industry leaders and support from major sponsors, NDF 2025 seeks to foster open dialogue and empower creatives across the UK.
