Universal Favourite created an Earth Day campaign for KraveBeauty’s Slow Down Skincare initiative. The studio adapted the tortoise-and-hare story into a nursery rhyme to address the beauty industry’s emphasis on producing more. The hare is portrayed as responding to pressure rather than as a villain. This narrative approach gives the campaign a way to invite reflection on growth and consumption through a familiar fable.
Universal Favourite created a full rebrand for skincare company KraveBeauty. The brand identity system was revised to reflect the evolution of KraveBeauty’s sustainability mission and demographic. The work aimed to distinguish the company from the uniform aesthetics prevalent in consumer branding and establish a distinct visual voice.
Universal Favourite refreshed KraveBeauty’s identity around the brand’s emphasis on simpler skincare and more considered consumption. A flexible KB scribble forms multiple graphic shapes, paired with Value Serif headlines, Basis Grotesque body text and hand-drawn icons. Packaging uses a tear strip to reveal disposal information and sustainability credentials. The Matcha Hemp Hydrating Cleanser carton omits the KB scribble because the studio says its inclusion would have affected recyclability. The system connects graphic expression with specific packaging decisions.
