As a Designer at Base, you will work with the Design Director and Creative Director along with the project team to conceptualize, create, and help manage the day-to-day to ensure the success of a wide range of projects. Employment: 80%-100% Location: Geneva On-site Expected Start: at the earliest possible time Responsibilities Apply Base's 'concept first' approach to branding and translate a brand essence into a relevant, differentiating brand identity. Take ownership of design workstreams from concept to final production, with support from the Design Director. Develop flexible design systems and document them into clear guidelines, templates, and asset files across digital and print. Contribute to and present in creative and client meetings, building confidence in defending ideas. Work with strategists, other designers, and collaborators to enrich the quality of the work. Support pitches and proposals, including under tight deadlines. Qualifications 3-4 years of creative experience, ideally at an agency or creative studio Motion, Type design or UX / UI design experience is a plus Works fluently across creative disciplines and media Strong command of current industry tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies (Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, Figma) Strong visual culture: well-versed in photography, film, art, and design references, with a sharp, discerning eye.
