Brand Designer

Base Instagram LinkedIn Brand Designer Saigon BaseSGN is looking for a Brand Designer to work alongside strategists, creatives, and multidisciplinary teams in developing thoughtful brand experiences across a wide range of impactful projects. We’re looking for someone with strong creative potential, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn — ready to grow their craft, contribute fresh ideas, and bring meaningful concepts to life. Experience with 3D tools is a plus. Employment: Full-time Location: On-site, Ho Chi Minh City Expected Start: at the earliest possible time Responsibilities Work with the Design Director, Senior Designers to support the team’s work on a wide range of projects; Participate in creative meetings and working sessions; Strategise, conceive, create, present and produce design ideas; Develop creative solutions into flexible design systems; Support in documentation of design systems in comprehensive guidelines and finalise template and asset files across digital and print media; Work with the project team to create compelling client-facing presentations of design work, and refine tools and processes for presentations; Realise projects with both the highest level of creativity and respect for clients’ needs, schedule and budget Requirements 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or related creative fields; Passion for branding, visual identity systems, and thoughtful design across digital and print platforms; Good understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling; Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools; Curious, proactive, collaborative, and open to feedback; Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when needed; Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage timelines responsibly; Interest in exploring AI-powered creative tools and evolving design workflows; Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
