Editorial design for a Düsseldorf city magazine

Vista has supported The Dorf The Mag as a creative partner since 2017, shaping the annual English-language print magazine that presents Düsseldorf beyond familiar clichés. Developed from an online publication into an award-winning magazine, the project helps make the city’s creative scene, fashion, art, and culture accessible to international visitors. Vista’s work spans conceptual development, editorial design, visual direction, layout creation, typographic approaches, and final execution. In close collaboration with the editorial team, Vista creates each issue with a distinct visual style that reflects Düsseldorf’s contemporary character. The magazine has received multiple recognitions, including the CREATIVE.Spaces Award and an Art Directors Club Germany award for its fifth issue.
