Yandex Pay found personality in the three letters every payment product shares.
Tuman Studio designed a new logo for Yandex Pay, a payment service built for fast, effortless everyday transactions. The identity centres on custom “Pay” lettering: a dynamic slant and expressive letterforms create a sense of forward motion, echoing payment in a single gesture. Bold and immediately recognizable, the wordmark retains its character and clarity across scales, formats, and touchpoints.

- Writing Pay as the compact Cyrillic пэй gives a generic category word a more local and ownable voice.
- The dense forward slant turns speed and one gesture payment into a visible action without adding another symbol.
- Its strength and limitation are the same: almost the whole identity is concentrated in one memorable signature.
- The published case proves the lettering, but not yet the wider system. Product UI, motion and partner environments will determine whether the mark becomes a full identity or remains an excellent autograph.
