Editorial Design for Introduction to a Metaphysics of Dreams

Structure Bâtons designed a 40-page, 500-copy reissue of Jacques Rivière’s Introduction à une métaphysique du rêve for éd. du Chemin de Fer’s Cheval Vapeur collection. The editorial composition takes a strong position inspired by the Club des libraires français. Non-narrative elements added by the graphic designers create uncertainty in the photographic image. Collaborators credited are M. Beaumard, Gauthier Plaetovoet, D. Poullard, and A. Ruffier.
