Strichpunkt developed and launched a new unified brand identity for Iqony, the growth business emerging from former STEAG. Using an inclusive process, Strichpunkt involved employees and managers from the start so the brand would be authentically understood and embodied internally. The work extended beyond identity creation to an internal and external launch campaign at the Essen site, helping communicate the company’s transformation loudly and clearly. Strichpunkt also activated the brand across multiple touchpoints, including employer branding, trade fair booths, and a digital brand portal. The resulting system created a stronger, more cohesive market presence for Iqony’s business units and was influential enough that the umbrella brand STEAG later adopted and adapted aspects of the design.
