A digital design system for a German state government

Strichpunkt developed a digital design system for Land Baden-Württemberg to unify how state institutions communicate with citizens, organizations, and businesses. Created for broad digital use, the system enables more efficient and consistent implementation across many channels. Strichpunkt also built a public design portal with accessible guidelines for thousands of active users, helping teams apply the state’s corporate identity reliably. A logo generator allows users to independently create the required logo versions, speeding up rollout while maintaining consistency. In addition, a growing media pool of photographs and illustrative icons supports the creation of diverse content aligned with the Baden-Württemberg umbrella brand. The project was designed to make the state’s digital presence more coherent, scalable, and accessible for everyone.
