App Ux/ui Concept For A Leading Ukrainian Insurer

Spiilka Design Büro developed a UX/UI concept for a mobile app for Ingo, one of Ukraine’s largest insurance companies. The vision reframes the app from a transactional “insurance cabinet” into a pocket “insurer-friend” that supports customers during stressful incidents and stays engaged until issues are resolved. The concept emphasizes approachable language, guidance, and clear pathways to help, positioning the app as a dependable companion rather than a distant back office.
