Spiilka Design Büro created a refreshed visual identity for Avellum by uncovering qualities already embedded in the brand. Drawing from the name’s Latin root, vellum, the studio introduced a parchment-like golden tone as a metaphor for permanence, stability, and longevity, contrasting it with refined cool violet shades from the previous identity. A custom typographic logo balanced classical legal authority with openness to innovation through a serif-inspired form without rigid serifs. Spiilka Design Büro also developed a scalable design system and tested it across print materials, stationery, presentations, email newsletters, social media, and interior signage. A photography guide was added to help the identity remain cohesive across varied content and platforms.
