Exhibition Design For The National Library's Queer Cultural History Showcase

Snøhetta collaborated with the National Library of Norway to design the exhibition 'Pride and Prejudice – Queer Stories from the Collection,' marking the 50th anniversary of the decriminalization of same-sex love in Norway. The design used recyclable materials like scaffolding, textile banners, and corrugated board to create a flexible, colorful, and sustainable spatial experience that celebrated queer history with dignity and vibrancy.
