Saint Urbain developed a distinct visual identity for Matilda, a fine-dining restaurant located within The Henson Hotel in the Catskills. Drawing inspiration from the region’s flora and fauna, the design features a confident rabbit emblem and playful illustrations that reflect the restaurant’s local, nature-driven ethos while complementing The Henson’s existing branding.
