Sylvain partnered with Google to create Tech Equity Collective, an initiative advancing meaningful Black inclusion and innovation across the technology industry. The work included purpose and positioning, naming, a black-first visual identity, illustration, website design, and activation planning that invite Black tech professionals to share stories and perspectives.
