Order created Chapter’s brand identity, messaging, and website for an organization helping seniors navigate Medicare, healthcare, retirement, and related life decisions. Informed by interviews, workshops, and client exercises, Order developed a warm, grounded voice based on the lived experiences of older adults. The identity centers on transition, using a symbol that suggests movement and continuity, a sunset-inspired color palette, and accessible typography. Order also built a flexible brand architecture, partnership lockups, iconography for clearer website navigation, custom photography usage, and social campaign assets. The result is a cohesive system that translates empathy into practical communication and supports Chapter’s mission to make complex later-life decisions feel clearer and more manageable.
