Packaging and Identity for Hellstrøm Aquavit

Olssøn Barbieri developed the packaging and identity for Hellstrøm Aquavit, part of Michelin-starred chef Eyvind Hellstrøm’s range of Norwegian spirits. The design emphasizes simplicity, authenticity, and heritage through natural materials and a functional, masculine bottle form that redefines the category’s visual language.
