Norday collaborated with healthcare professionals across the care chain to redesign customer journeys that promote self-reliance and efficiency in home care. Through co-creation, prototyping, and testing, they developed a toolbox of communication and instructional materials that significantly reduced care hours and improved quality of life in the Midden-Brabant region.
