Digital Platform Design For Gemeente Amsterdam Subsidieportaal

Norday collaborated with the Municipality of Amsterdam to transform the paper-based education subsidy process into a fully digital platform. The new Subsidieportaal enables over 250 schools to submit more than 6,000 applications annually, improving transparency, efficiency, and equitable distribution of funding. The iterative, user-centered approach ensured accessibility and adaptability for both schools and policymakers.
