Norday collaborated with the Municipality of Amsterdam to transform the paper-based education subsidy process into a fully digital platform. The new Subsidieportaal enables over 250 schools to submit more than 6,000 applications annually, improving transparency, efficiency, and equitable distribution of funding. The iterative, user-centered approach ensured accessibility and adaptability for both schools and policymakers.
Norday developed an inclusive and user-friendly website for Gemeente Amsterdam’s Schoolwijzer platform, helping parents make informed school choices for their children. The design prioritizes accessibility, clarity, and equal opportunity through intuitive navigation, visualized data, and early-stage WCAG compliance testing.
