Christmas Mental Health Campaign for Tottenham Hotspur and Samaritans

Matta created 'To Talk Is To Do', a Christmas campaign for Tottenham Hotspur in partnership with Samaritans to support the Premier League’s Together Against Suicide initiative. The film demystifies what happens during a call to Samaritans, using real people, authentic conversations, and 35mm film to highlight the importance of reaching out for help. The campaign reframes talking as an act of courage and action, encouraging open dialogue around mental health.
