Campaign for Cardiff Student Accommodation

Limegreentangerine created a brand campaign and video for The Fitzalan, a premium student accommodation complex in Cardiff, for property developer McLarenPMG. The work shifted messaging away from standard images of bedrooms and open-plan spaces toward belonging, inclusive social life, and tenant affinity. Visuals used close-up, cosy imagery of furnishings, including Melin Tregwynt cushions and throws, to convey what the studio describes as “premium warmth.”
