Repositioning And Brand Identity For A Historic Hotel

Studio Bruch repositioned The Mozart Hotel as “The Mozart – A modern classic,” updating a long-established Salzburg hotel while preserving its heritage. The project retained the Mozart namesake and classical values, then reinterpreted them through a contemporary graphic system inspired by musical elements. This new visual language was applied across many guest touchpoints, including interior graphics, wayfinding, vouchers, façade applications, bar menus, tableware, room information, packaging, and printed materials. The result connects the classical era with the 21st century, giving the hotel a renewed presence that feels rooted in tradition yet relevant for today.
