Identity Design For The Hepworth Wakefield Museum

A Practice for Everyday Life created a comprehensive identity for The Hepworth Wakefield, the UK’s largest purpose-built museum outside London. The bespoke typeface and visual system echo the building’s angular architecture and are complemented by a palette inspired by oxidised metals and Hepworth’s sculptural textures. Signage and wayfinding were integrated directly into the building’s surfaces to maintain its minimalist aesthetic.
