We didn’t want to rely on excessive ‘creative’ solutions. Our aim was to create an identity that captures attention through its classic beauty rather than through showiness.
We wanted to create an invitation that would immediately transport the recipient into the world of art, without revealing what they would see at the gallery.
It’s a branding approach designed for a discerning audience that values the highest quality and elegance in every detail.
Copenhagen-based studio Hugmun designed a refined and elegant brand identity for OBJEKT, a new art and design gallery in Warsaw. The identity uses classic serif typography, a restrained color palette of white and red, and tactile print finishes to reflect the gallery’s sophisticated aesthetic. Collaborations with interior designer Aleksandra Hyz and Marceli Printery helped integrate the brand across physical and printed touchpoints.
The interview with Copenhagen-based studio Hugmun explores how its three-person team thrives through agility, collaboration, and emotional design.
