In their own words
We wanted to have fun. While there is definitely some sentimentality to folding 1,000 paper cranes, ultimately our goal is to provoke a smile from people.
We want Dispatch to be a celebration of the tactile; things made by hand.
For a while, I even told people I wanted to be a graphic designer.
I think the real success was how it gave our industry such a strong sense of community.
Don’t go burning the candle at both ends.
