In their own words
We began collaging them together in a loose, chaotic way.
Untitled Sans does exactly that. It’s highly functional, super unobtrusive, and has that neutral aesthetic that allows all of the TIEN logo collages to pop.
The project is not about longing for how things used to be, but about dealing intelligently with how things are now.

- FCKLCK makes reuse literal in TIEN’s 3.2 million logo variations
FCKLCK developed a rebrand for Groningen-based vintage clothing store TIEN, creating a modular identity built from fragments of 71 existing brand logos. The system can generate over 3.2 million unique wordmarks, reflecting TIEN’s reuse-driven ethos. Using Untitled Sans and minimal black-and-white design, the project extends across signage, clothing, and digital applications, emphasizing sustainability through creative reuse rather than nostalgia.
