Requirements 1 Relevant experience in design, (be it as a brand, product or digital designer), ideally within creative studios or scaling start-ups. 2 Proficiency in Figma, and the Adobe CC suite. 3 A great understanding & experience in a wide range of design disciplines, from branding to website and product design. 4 Ability to strategise, create, and conceptualise creative solutions to client problems from brief-to-delivery. 5 Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work — from idea to exploration, iteration, to a final polished design output. 6 Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present ideas clearly to clients and team members, and a willingness to work directly with clients on their problems. 7 Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments with our multi-disciplinary team of designers, developers, and thinkers. Nice to have 1 Any experience working in animation, motion, or with an understanding of interaction design. 2 Any experience using tools such as Framer or Webflow 3 Knowledge of development basics to collaborate effectively with engineers.
