As the engine room of project delivery, you'll own the day-to-day mechanics of smaller projects and key workstreams, while supporting senior team members on larger engagements. Working closely with creative and strategy teams, you bring energy, organisation, and a strong service mindset to craft seamless client experiences. Agency experience preferred. CLIENT COMMUNICATION Confident and polished in client interactions—comfortable preparing materials, attending meetings, capturing actions, and following through. BRIEF WRITING Ability to brief creative and strategy teams clearly, keeping feedback loops tight and work moving forward. COMMERCIAL AWARENESS Hands-on involvement in scoping, estimating, and tracking project budgets. You understand how projects stay profitable. ATTENTION TO DETAIL Sharp eye for quality-checking deliverables before they reach senior team members or clients. PROPOSAL SUPPORT Experience contributing to proposal development, taking ownership of clearly defined sections.
