Coloured glass fills the frame
Twice Studio art-directed a series of images for Saint-Louis, photographed by Jean-Marie Binet. The photographs isolate coloured glass objects against pale backgrounds, moving between complete forms and tightly framed details. Blue, amber, red and violet tones carry the series, while bright reflections trace curved surfaces and changes in thickness. The close crops turn stems, rims and stoppers into prominent shapes, making colour and silhouette central to the compositions. In the branded image, a large Saint-Louis wordmark sits above the object while small copy runs along the lower edge. Across the series, the uncluttered setting keeps attention on the objects’ transparency, contours and reflected light.
