Tubik redesigned Nova Post’s mobile app to scale across European markets and simplify complex logistics. Tubik created a flexible design system with reusable components, clear guidelines, and documentation, ensuring consistency across languages and platforms. Core flows—client card, scanner, authorization, and parcel management—were streamlined, while new features such as categories, filters, sorting, and quick-access tabs improved navigation and speed. Users gain real-time courier tracking, clearer statuses, and integrated chat and call options, plus ratings and tipping for transparency. The sending flow was rebuilt with smarter inputs, presets, and instant cost breakdowns. Tubik also introduced Sendy, a helpful mascot, along with a 180+ icon pack and a library of 3D visuals and illustrations to support both product and marketing.
