The design draws inspiration from musical notation, combining dynamic spatial forms and elegant typography to reflect the emotional depth and multidimensionality of classical music.
Insights
- TOFU Studio rebranded Towarzystwo Muzyczne im. Henryka Wieniawskiego w Poznaniu to reflect Henryk Wieniawski’s musical legacy, using musical notation as the conceptual backbone rather than literal classical motifs.
- The identity language leans on dynamic spatial forms—suggesting movement, resonance, and dimensionality—to visualize classical music as something multidimensional instead of static or purely traditional.
- Elegant, refined typography is paired with symbolic, elliptical forms to balance heritage (institutional credibility) with contemporary clarity and flexibility across applications.
- The system is designed to express the “emotional depth” of classical music: structure from notation provides order, while variable spatial compositions introduce drama and intensity within a consistent brand framework.
