Brand Identity for MOZHNO Parkovy Residential Complex

The Clients named and created the brand identity for MOZHNO, a Samara property developer, beginning with its first residential project, MOZHNO Parkovy. The system uses a facade-derived modular grid, terracotta and light blue colors, linear icons, outdoor advertising, print materials, and merchandise to communicate unhurried living near a park and the Volga.
